A miniature retractable banner stand holding an 11.5 by 17.5 inch graphic, built to stand on a table or counter rather than the floor. Good for a reception desk, a market stall, a salon counter or a trade show table where a full-height banner would be in the way. It retracts into its own case for storage and travel.
